Your Tasks

• Comprehensive care and support of geriatric patients with multiple illnesses
• Promotion of mobility and independence (e.g., fall prevention, provision of aids)
• Support with activities of daily living
• Pain and medication management considering multimorbidity
• Close cooperation with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and social services for discharge planning
• Dealing with dementia and delirium, application of validating communication techniques

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified health and nursing professional or certified geriatric nurse
• Existing interest in the advanced training ZERCUR Geriatrics; it is possible to complete the named advanced training during employment
