To strengthen our management team, we are looking for a committed, sales-strong, and service-oriented personality as Front Office Manager (m/f/d) 100%. In this key position, you lead the reception team with heart, competence, and entrepreneurial thinking, ensuring smooth operations and the highest guest satisfaction.
An interesting activity awaits you
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the front office team
- Scheduling, training, employee discussions, and training of apprentices
- Active host role ensuring excellent guest service and high-quality standards
- Professional handling of guest feedback, complaints, and quality controls
- Optimization of workflows, processes, and internal standards (SOPs)
- Active sales including upselling, group handling, corporate contracts, and regular customer care
- Price, market, and occupancy analysis as well as yield and revenue management
- Preparation of reports and forecasts as well as active participation in price and budget planning
- Responsibility for booking, cash register, and front office systems
- Interface to other departments, IT, and external partners
- Ensuring data protection, labor law, as well as safety and emergency processes
What should your experience bag look like?
- Completed training in hospitality or tourism
- Several years of experience in a comparable position with leadership responsibility
- Enthusiasm for front-line work as well as the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong hands-on mentality with high initiative
- Strong sales orientation with the aim of achieving maximum occupancy at the optimal rate
- Very good IT skills and confident handling of Sihot
- Professional appearance as well as a high quality and service standard
- Resilient, flexible personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations and sets priorities correctly
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form are required; French skills are highly desired, other languages are an advantage
