About the job
Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
You will join the Group Operational Risk Management team as an intern.
Your role
• Contributing to developing a coherent, smart proactive, uniform and integrated risk framework for managing risks within the Group.
• Conducting ad hoc thematic risk reviews as required, focusing on assessing the effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g. control testing campaigns and flowchart documentation).
• Supporting digital and AI-driven risk management initiatives, such as GRC tool migration and AI automation projects.
• Coordinating with overseas risk management teams, as needed.
Your profile
• Degree in Finance or a qualification deemed equivalent.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence is desirable.
• Excellent writing skills in English and French.
• The successful applicant must be resident in Switzerland.
As the successful applicant, you should be methodical and thorough in your approach to your work, and able to show initiative. You will have strong analytical, technical and interpersonal skills, and be able to show diplomacy when required. You will also have no difficulty in working independently, and be adaptable and able to reach the required targets.
The internship period is from 1 July to 31 December 2026.
