Job description:
As a project assistant, you support the project management and ensure a smooth organizational process. You coordinate appointments, organize meetings, and professionally prepare agendas. In addition, you create precise minutes and take over the structured management and maintenance of project-related data. Thanks to your proactive working style and careful documentation, you contribute significantly to the efficient implementation of the demanding project.
What we expect from you:
Completed commercial training
Several years of professional experience in the construction environment
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
Service mentality and flexibility
High social competence, assertiveness, convincing appearance
Good German skills, additional knowledge of the national languages and English are an advantage
