Your Tasks
- Independent administrative management of the spinal surgery sub-department in job sharing
- Comprehensive assistance for senior physicians including agenda management, meeting organization, coordination of teaching activities, and planning of congress trips
- Organization of outpatient clinics and drafting of corresponding reports from dictation
- Preparation and follow-up of the spine and pain boards
- Communication and coordination with patients, internal departments, general practitioners, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
- Deputizing for colleagues, including shifts at the outpatient reception
Your Profile
- You are a team-oriented personality with completed commercial training and/or further training as a medical secretary and have several years of professional experience in a comparable function in the medical field.
- You have solid knowledge of medical terminology.
- You have very good IT user skills (MS Office, KISIM, IBI-Care).
- Your German language skills are confident in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
- Your demeanor is always professional, friendly, and calm – even in demanding or hectic situations.
- Networked and entrepreneurial thinking, high reliability, trustworthiness, as well as an independent, efficient, and precise working style complete your profile.
