Requirements

Basic mechanical training and experience in CNC manufacturing
Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
Strong quality awareness
Advantage: experience in grinding
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Independent, structured, and careful working style
Willingness to work in 3-shift operation and Saturdays after training
