• Social counseling and support for young people and their social environment
• Interinstitutional networking (e.g., with authorities, offices, residential facilities, and guardians)
• Mediation and triage tasks as well as work with relatives
• Participation in the further development of social counseling services as well as collaboration in projects and working groups

Profile

• Degree from a university of applied sciences for social work (BSc)
• Competence in interprofessional collaboration and good communication and social skills
• High personal responsibility and ability to quickly familiarize oneself with a work area as well as an independent working style
• Knowledge of social issues affecting young people and their relatives
• Resilient and flexible personality with interest in issues concerning mentally ill young people
• Professional experience with mentally ill young people is an advantage
