Logistics Specialist – Team Leader

Activities

Leadership of 3 employees
Process responsibility and collaboration in goods receipt
Process responsibility as well as collaboration in internal logistics (storage/retrieval, order picking, management of Kanban, Milkrun)
Recording of material movements and management of storage locations in the ERP system
Identification and initiation of improvement potentials in the area of responsibility (Lean, KVP, Shopfloor Management)
Collaboration in internal cross-departmental projects (e.g. logistics projects)

Requirements

Training as a logistics specialist
Experience in personnel management
Confident handling of warehouse management and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
Good MS Office skills
High quality and safety awareness
Several years of professional experience in the warehouse area and general logistics processes
Good communication skills with the team and other internal departments
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
