Peer - Recovery Companion (m/f/d) 40%

• Support and counseling of patients from the perspective of your own experience
• Conducting individual consultations for patients, relatives, and employees
• Participation in the organization and implementation of group offers
• Promotion of the recovery approach attitude
• Participation as part of the treatment team

• Completed basic training
• Further training as a Peer Recovery Companion EX-IN
• Preferably experience as a Peer Recovery Companion
• High empathy, very good communication skills
• High authenticity, goal-oriented working style
• Team player

• Interesting and varied field of activity
• Intervision group and specific further training
• Collaboration in the team of Peer Recovery Companions
• Good introduction to the field of activity
