The Project Portfolio & Innovation department is a newly created subunit within the Innovation and Digitalization Management (IDM) area, which enables PDAG to seize the rapid changes in healthcare as an opportunity and to shape the requirements of the future at an early stage. The Project Portfolio and Innovation department ensures a strategically aligned and economically oriented project portfolio and project management.
To strengthen our team in the Project Portfolio & Innovation area, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You are passionate about complex and interdisciplinary projects and love shaping project results together with the interdisciplinary project team
- You independently take on the management of various interdisciplinary projects with a focus on strategically significant and/or business-critical digitalization projects
- Classic project management (scope management, planning including capacity planning, risk management, budgeting and control)
- Enjoy diving into content-related issues and preparing them, for example, in the form of decision papers/concepts
- You are pleased when you can combine your competence in project management with content involvement in business analysis and testing.
- Leadership and representation of the project across different hierarchical levels (both operational and at management/executive level)
- Classic project management (scope management, planning including capacity planning, risk management, budgeting and control)
- Participation in the continuous improvement of project methodology and its anchoring in PDAG (if interested)
- Coaching of less experienced project managers (if interested)
