Tasks
- Taking over professional responsibility and function as interRAI HC responsible person
- Active contact person for our guests
- Implementation of the Spitex concept
- Cooperation with health insurance companies (processing feedback and rejections)
- Planning and conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and needs clarifications
- Deployment planning for the Spitex team
- Practical guidance of students and apprentices in nursing
Requirements Profile
- Completed diploma recognized in Switzerland in nursing HF/FH
- Initial professional experience in long-term care or acute hospital in Switzerland
- Experience with interRAI HC; knowledge in wound management is an advantage
- Confident handling of nursing diagnostics and electronic patient documentation
- Warm, humorous attitude and confident communication in German (spoken & written)
