Your challenge
- Management, administration, and continuous development of the Identity & Access Management system (IAM) based on Omada
- Performing regular software updates, patches, and release changes including test planning and execution
- Ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the IAM application
- Analyzing, handling, and resolving incidents & problems in the IAM environment
- Optimizing IAM processes and supporting technical and functional improvements
- Supporting the integration of new systems, applications, and role models into the Omada framework
- Assisting end users with access requests and IAM-related topics
- Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements through efficient permission management
- Conducting regular recertifications and permission reviews
- Documenting all changes, releases, and configurations
- Close collaboration with internal departments to define and maintain role & permission concepts
- Coordination with external service providers and Omada support on technical issues
Your profile
- Completed training in IT or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in Identity & Access Management
- Experience in administration and maintenance of IAM systems, ideally Omada
- Knowledge of IAM processes, role models, and permission structures
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, or related identity services (without infrastructure responsibility)
- Understanding of modern IAM standards, security, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
