Specialist Consultant for Work Integration
Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor | 60 – 100 % | Chur
The Office for Industry, Crafts and Labor (UCIAML) currently employs about 120 collaborators in six regions of the Canton of Graubünden. In addition to managing the Regional Employment Office (URC), we organize active labor market measures for job seekers and manage the cantonal unemployment fund. We also carry out various tasks in the labor market and occupational safety sectors.
In the Active Labor Market Measures Section, for our pro vision integration program in Chur, we are looking for a specialist consultant for work integration (60 - 100%) starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting job seekers in the primary labor market
- Analyzing individual strengths and weaknesses of participants to optimize their opportunities in the labor market
- Supporting participants in preparing application documents, preparing for interviews, and conducting trial interviews
- Accompanying our participants in training for commercial activities and other practical activities
- Documenting participants' progress in internal systems and presenting reports to assignment services (URC, disability insurance, social services)
- Maintaining close contact with assignment authorities
- Creating and maintaining networks with regional companies and relevant labor market actors
What we expect from you
- Completed professional training in the commercial, social, or labor market sector or willingness to undertake specific professional development
- Professional experience in coaching, adult education, working with job seekers, or human resources is an advantage
- High social skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups
- Independent working method and ability to handle large workloads in challenging situations
- Ability to work in a team and willingness for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent knowledge of German and good oral knowledge of Italian
- Excellent IT skills, especially in using MS Office and labor market-related software
- Willingness to work at one of our other locations in Chur
