To support our facility management at the group headquarters in Rorschacherberg and to ensure smooth operation of our infrastructure, we are looking for a committed, skilled craftsman personality.
Your contribution to success
You can bring in your potential and develop together with us in the following tasks:
- Participation in infrastructural facility management, e.g. maintenance of outdoor facilities and minor repair work
- Support in the maintenance of technical systems such as compressed air generation, heating, air conditioning, fire alarm and PV systems
- Organization and maintenance of the vehicle pool
- Recording, procurement and evaluation of key figures in facility management
- Co-responsibility for smooth, safe and well-maintained operation of the properties
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as external service providers
What you bring with you:
- Completed vocational training in a craft (e.g. sanitary, heating, mechanics, electrical, carpentry)
- Ideally forklift license and authorization to operate aerial work platforms (optional)
- First experience in property management is an advantage but not mandatory
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Good oral and written communication skills in German
