We are looking for our future talent to lead ambitious projects. This key position is to be filled at our Sonceboz-Sombeval site.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new products, from the acquisition phase to the start of series production (Start of Production). A true conductor, you will ensure commitments are met in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines (QCD), while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Project management according to automotive industry standards (APQP)
• Interface with clients (OEM, Tier 1) to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
• Management of development schedules, costs, and budgets
• Leading multidisciplinary teams (product development, hardware/software electronics, prototypes, validation, process, quality, purchasing...)
• Supplier follow-up in connection with purchasing
• Risk management and implementation of corrective action plans
• Regular reporting to management on project progress
