We are looking for a
Head Chef 100% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- You take over the leadership and responsibility for all areas and processes in the kitchen of a production company, in accordance with our operating concept, and actively participate in daily business
- In the kitchen and office area, you lead and develop the team to promote work processes, quality, and a positive working atmosphere
- With your creative ideas, you design new trendy dishes to continuously delight our guests
- You are responsible for product presentation and offer planning including calculation, ordering, and budget compliance
- Working days: 7-day operation, main business on weekdays, shifts mostly between 7 am and 4 pm, no evening shifts planned.
Your profile
- You have completed vocational training as a chef EFZ and ideally further training as a head chef FA. In addition, you bring professional experience in a comparable position or as a sous-chef
- Ideally, you have 2 to 4 years or at least 5 years of leadership experience and are able to competently lead, promote, and motivate your team. Experience in a production company is an additional plus
- You work in a structured manner, think ahead, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. In addition, you are IT-savvy and confident in handling calculation and inventory management systems
- As a team-oriented personality with high social competence and a convincing appearance, you actively seek solutions and pitch in yourself. Your passion for culinary arts and your high quality standards make you a valuable asset to our team
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required; knowledge of English or French is an advantage. An impeccable reputation is also a prerequisite
