What you will do here
- Ensure a professionally sound planning and execution of the 2026 aptitude assessments
- Conduct admission tests for incoming applications
- Create evaluations, surveys, and statistics
- Co-responsible for the content of communication to applicants (e.g., invitation letters, result letters, inquiries, etc.)
- Redesign and further development of processes and tools
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed bachelor's degree in psychology and currently in an advanced master's program
- Good diagnostic and statistical knowledge, knowledge of R
- Interest in the Swiss and international education sector
