Risk Management Specialist (m/f/d)

• You develop and maintain the Risk Policy, risk taxonomy, and risk appetite of FINMA.
• You establish and continuously develop risk governance while promoting a strong risk culture.
• You prepare the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) report for management and relevant stakeholders.

• You conduct comprehensive risk assessments at various organizational and technical levels and develop appropriate measures with risk owners to minimize risks.
• You create and maintain suitable monitoring and reporting frameworks to transparently visualize corporate risks.

• You have a university or university of applied sciences degree with a business background or equivalent education and training.
• You bring at least 7 years of experience in ERM, risk governance, risk policy, risk appetite, risk taxonomy, ideally in the banking sector.
• You have excellent communication skills at the management level, including the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• You are pragmatic and can make, represent, and implement fact-based decisions.
• You are proactive, a team player, communicative, and decisive.
• You have very good German skills (C2) and good French skills.
