Site Manager Electrical Installations

Mission:

• As a site manager, your tasks include preparing, monitoring, and controlling electrical installation sites in collaboration with the project manager
• Coordinate and lead your team composed of 3 to 5 employees
• Support your team on site when necessary
• Establish measurements and work reports
• Participate in site meetings
• Coordinate orders and propose economical and innovative solutions
• Ensure order and safety on sites
• Participate in apprentice training

Profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as electrical installer, ideally complemented by a site manager diploma or valid experience in a similar role
• Several years of experience on industrial and/or residential sites
• Dynamic person, able to unite a team
• Good communication skills, sense of priorities, and autonomy
