Your tasks include:
– Check-in and check-out of our guests
– Responsible for managing the cash register
– Compiling statistics
– Handling and processing reservation requests
– Independently and confidently handling all administrative tasks at the front office
– Setting up the breakfast buffet in the “HUB”
– Preparing fancy drinks and simple but tasty snacks while following hygiene guidelines
– Mise en place is not a foreign term to you
– "Keep it clean & have FUN"
– Ordering goods, checking deliveries – and presenting them nicely
What we require:
– You enjoy learning at a fast pace – and see training as an opportunity; new trends excite you
– You find it easy to chat with international guests in English and German (French and other languages would be AWESOME)
– OPERA, GXP, MARSHA and other Marriott programs knowledge is a plus but not a must
– MS Office skills are an advantage
– You work in an efficient, organised and solution oriented way
– You enjoy working in a young & dynamic team
– Experience in F&B skills like service, bartending and preparing snacks are an advantage
