The Inhouse Services team ensures that our employees in Zurich can enjoy an intact infrastructure and a well-organized working environment. Are you a doer with all-round qualities, have a knack for organization, and find a solution for just about everything?

• As an extended arm at the Zurich location, you ensure the safety and well-being of the employees.
• You actively support the operational area: from mail and print jobs to facility management.
• Long meetings? No problem – thanks to you, the rooms are perfectly prepared and then spotless again.
• The break room becomes a small oasis of well-being through you – with all the supplies the team needs.
• You are the first point of contact for employees and external partners and create documentation.

• a completed basic education
• professional experience in a comparable function
• high service orientation and self-organization as well as proactive thinking and acting
• good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• very good German skills in spoken and written form
