What you can achieve
- As an extended arm at the Zurich location, you ensure the safety and well-being of the employees.
- You actively support the operational area: from mail and print jobs to facility management.
- Long meetings? No problem – thanks to you, the rooms are perfectly prepared and then spotless again.
- The break room becomes a small oasis of well-being through you – with all the supplies the team needs.
- You are the first point of contact for employees and external partners and create documentation.
What sets you apart
- a completed basic education
- professional experience in a comparable function
- high service orientation and self-organization as well as proactive thinking and acting
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- very good German skills in spoken and written form
