Blacksmithing, woodturning, pottery, upholstery, sewing, shingling, and saddlery are just a few examples of traditional craft techniques that can be learned at the Ballenberg Open-Air Museum. More than 50 course instructors teach children, adults, semi-professionals, and professionals in over 100 courses, workshops, and events the intangible cultural heritage of craftsmanship. From February 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for a clerk for course administration, 100%. We are looking for a communicative personality with a flair for organizational tasks in the area of course administration. You have a commercial basic education, are helpful, responsible, resilient in hectic times, and have a forward-thinking mindset and a basic understanding of craftsmanship. You have good oral and written German and English skills, French skills are an advantage. Advanced PC user skills, especially MS Office programs, are a matter of course for you. You work goal- and customer-oriented and appreciate the advantages of weekend work. Your main tasks:

- Handling course administration and recording course registrations
- Advising our customers in choosing the appropriate course offer
- Assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating the courses
- Welcoming and supporting course participants and instructors Additional tasks:
- Organizing and co-managing the cafeteria
