We are looking for you immediately to complement our team as

Clerk*in Invoice Verification

• Checking and posting supplier invoices in SAP, including EDI invoices and handling special cases
• Recording and posting credit notes after direct clarifications with suppliers
• Posting and checking goods receipts in SAP, including coordination with shop managers and handling open items
• Training and supporting shop management in SAP accounting as well as introducing new employees to specialist topics
• Active participation in projects and process optimizations, especially in the area of EDI and SAP processes

• Commercial basic training as well as professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good SAP knowledge
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Independent, flexible and service-oriented
• Precise, efficient and structured way of working
• Resilient, reliable, motivated and integral personality
• Very good knowledge of German spoken and written
