We are looking for you immediately to complement our team as
Clerk*in Invoice Verification
The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility:
- Checking and posting supplier invoices in SAP, including EDI invoices and handling special cases
- Recording and posting credit notes after direct clarifications with suppliers
- Posting and checking goods receipts in SAP, including coordination with shop managers and handling open items
- Training and supporting shop management in SAP accounting as well as introducing new employees to specialist topics
- Active participation in projects and process optimizations, especially in the area of EDI and SAP processes
Your profile:
- Commercial basic training as well as professional experience in a comparable function
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Independent, flexible and service-oriented
- Precise, efficient and structured way of working
- Resilient, reliable, motivated and integral personality
- Very good knowledge of German spoken and written
