Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH as Therapy Support in Ticino (m/f) 20%-40%

What you can achieve

You ensure professional nursing and therapy support according to medical prescriptions (various pumps, injections, infusions, and oral therapies)
Furthermore, advising, caring for, and instructing patients and relatives in complex medication therapies are part of your tasks
You organize yourself independently and carry out nursing both personally and by phone or video
Performing infusion therapies in medical practices or in the home environment.
You support with illness- and therapy-related changes in everyday life
Nursing documentation in the electronic patient record as well as compliance with nursing, quality, and MediService guidelines are also part of your responsibilities
You work interdisciplinarily and are in regular contact with prescribing doctors
You actively shape and develop the MediService Home Care area

You have a Diploma Nursing Level II or equivalent training with routine in safely placing peripheral venous catheters
You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility and an independent way of working
A confident, professional appearance and good communication skills are a matter of course for you
You have a category B driving license
Good PC user skills are also a requirement
You bring very good Italian skills (C2) as well as good German skills (at least B2)
