Group Leader District Heating Production (m/f/d) 100%
We actively shape the energy transition and are looking for a motivated personality who wants to actively help shape this change.
This is what you will do:
- Your area of responsibility includes the safe and reliable operation of the four district heating plants in the city of St. Gallen.
- You plan the production, work closely with the operation of the combined heat and power plant (CHP), and take over the technical and personnel management of the currently three technical production specialists.
- You coordinate revisions, maintenance, and renovation work and implement optimizations in operation.
- You integrate new systems, ensure plant safety, conduct incident management, and coordinate the interfaces in district heating operation.
- You support budget issues, monitor the use of external companies, and coordinate commissioning.
This is what you bring with you:
- For this responsible position, you have completed training as a heating installer, electrical installer, or a comparable qualification as well as higher technical training at the HF level.
- Ideally, you have successfully passed the professional examination as a heating plant operator.
- In-depth knowledge in the maintenance and operation of large heat plants as well as process control systems distinguishes you.
- You are a team player, work independently and responsibly, thus contributing to a safe and reliable operation of the district heating supply.
- You perform on-call duty and thus take a central role in the team for the reliable operation of the district heating supply.
- A category B driving license is required.
