Are you looking for a new professional challenge in the field of SwissSalary and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? Would you like to support customers together with other D365 experts in setting up and using SwissSalary? Then strengthen our growing BC team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland!
Your tasks
- You analyze, document, configure, and test the implementation of SwissSalary within separate mandates or integrated into larger ERP projects
- You train the customer's end users
- You support and assist customers in productive operation
- You coordinate collaboration with the customer to capture special requirements, analyze conceptually, and develop solution proposals
- You collaborate with our development department if needed
- You support our sales team in preparing offers

Your profile
- Completed training with further education in HR, payroll specialist or social insurance and at least 2 years of experience in payroll
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system, payroll, and labor law
- Experience with Business Central (formerly NAV) and with SwissSalary in the role of consultant
- Experience in the initial implementation and operational support with SwissSalary
- High IT affinity and interest in the interface between payroll and digitalization
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking skills, and team spirit
- Good German and English skills
- Enjoyment of consulting as well as working in projects
