Professional subject teacher and practical trainer + CIE for the CFC and AFP programs in the structural work sector at 60%

- The CPNE is the reference body for professional training offers in the canton of Neuchâtel. We offer training and support at different levels of professional training (initial training, advanced training, and continuing education).
As part of your role, you teach theory and practical workshop courses to students from the AFP and CFC level programs in the structural work sector.
You implement training plans in accordance with the applicable federal legislation and prepare workshop assignments.
Furthermore, you are responsible for monitoring apprentices' progress during their training and evaluating their work.
Finally, you collaborate and develop synergies with all teachers in the field.
Holder of a CFC as a road builder and/or mason, complemented by advanced training (federal certificate of construction foreman, ES construction site manager, federal diploma of construction contractor, or an equivalent qualification), you have solid professional experience in the field and a genuine interest in professional training.
You are trained in professional pedagogy or willing to undergo training on the job.
Comfortable with digital tools, you stand out for your open-mindedness and interpersonal skills, especially in working with young people. You can demonstrate initial experience in teaching or supporting apprentices.
You reside in Switzerland in accordance with the legal requirements for public service holders.
