Your tasks
- You accompany and promote a team of employees with disabilities as well as production specialists and support participation in the work process
- Together with the team, you execute production orders and ensure compliance with GMP and hygiene guidelines
- You plan and coordinate resources and workflows
- You are the first internal contact in case of machine malfunctions
- For a small group of people with disabilities, you develop individual target and action plans, including documentation in the client information system
- This position focuses on the production order Active support in the planned production setup and team development process
Your profile
- Completed technical or mechanical training
- Experience in a production environment, ideally with a mechanical background in handling equipment
- Solid knowledge of SAP as well as GMP and hygiene guidelines is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people and interest in professionally guiding production staff
- Social, creative, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- A motivating, patient, open, and resilient personality
- Good IT skills and very good oral and written German skills
