• Complete cleaning of buildings: Maintenance of common areas and rental spaces (entrances, toilets, elevators, etc.).

• Waste management: Organizing the entry and exit of containers.

• Fire detection management: Managing fire alarms, deactivating detectors, and coordinating evacuations if necessary.

• Monitoring technical maintenance: Ensuring the follow-up and coordination of building maintenance operations.

• Small concierge tasks:
• Opening and closing doors.
• Accompanying service companies.
• Unclogging toilets.
• Small moves and handling.
• Replacing light bulbs and other routine interventions.

• Proven experience in concierge services and building cleaning.
• Technical knowledge of buildings and maintenance systems.
• Experience in specialized cleaning (windows, floor scrubbers, ceiling cleaning, carpets, etc.).
• Perfect command of French: read, spoken, and written.
• Organized, punctual, and available person.
