You support the team management in the operational and organizational leadership of the nursing team. You share responsibility for ensuring professional and person-centered care and participate in development projects in the nursing sector. Furthermore, you take on tasks in duty planning, quality assurance during case discussions. You are a contact person for employees, relatives, as well as internal interfaces and actively participate in everyday nursing.

- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- First experience in professional or organizational leadership is an advantage
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
