Job Description

• You install and configure user end devices of information and communication technology (ICT) and ensure their operation and network infrastructure
• You connect ICT user end devices to service offerings and ensure the security of the devices in operation
• You work according to defined process flows and apply standard methods
• You instruct and support users in handling ICT tools and their standard applications

Qualifications

• Completed secondary school (level A or B with very good grades)
• Interest in computer science and new technologies
• Logical thinking ability and enjoyment in solving problems
• Teamwork skills, communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn
• We are an internationally active company, so you should feel confident in English
