• You actively manage the B2B market and thus acquire new professional clients in the target segment of companies with fleets.
• You maintain lasting customer relationships and build a strong network within the group as well as with external partners.
• You develop and strengthen sales channels – for example in collaboration with the LANDI cooperatives or installation partners.
• You are responsible for achieving your sales targets and actively contribute to the department's goals.
• You document your sales activities and systematically maintain them in the CRM system.
• You develop comprehensive customer-specific concepts for charging infrastructures and charging solutions for companies – from needs analysis to the finalized concept.
• You calculate and prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and manage the sales process until successful conclusion.
• You hand over the project to project management after contract signing for implementation and remain available as a contact person if needed.
• You work closely with the Swiss sales manager, the internal technical service, and our project management team.
• You represent AGROLA at trade fairs, events, and customer functions and contribute to positioning as a leading supplier in the field of electric mobility.
• You identify and prioritize customer needs and actively integrate them into product development – based on your close contact with customers and your sense of market trends.
• You are required to travel throughout French-speaking Switzerland for AGROLA.
• You have a technical education (e.g., electrical engineering, energy technology, building technology).
• Additional commercial training is an advantage.
• You have experience in selling technical products or solutions, ideally in the field of electric mobility or energy technology.
• You are a persistent and passionate commercial talent and enjoy selling.
• You have confident presentation skills in direct customer contact as well as during presentations.
• You have a comprehensive and quick understanding and work independently and in a structured manner.
• You are a native French speaker and have a very good level of German, the language of the sales team based between Bern and our headquarters in Winterthur. Additionally, your English is operational for negotiations.
