The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 10,000 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our Outpatient Surgery Center, we are looking for a Deputy Head Outpatient Surgery Center starting October 1, 2025, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Further development of the outpatient surgery center newly opened in 2022
Participation in the development of new standards and process optimization
Ensuring core processes while considering quality requirements
Result-oriented interdisciplinary collaboration with all stakeholders
Participation in the operational core business

Your Profile

Several years of professional experience as an expert/NDS HF in anesthesia care or specialist in surgical technology HF
Experience in outpatient settings and OR management
Proven leadership experience and corresponding further training
Ability to motivate employees as well as assertiveness
