The Hallenstadion Gastronomy is responsible for all catering at the Hallenstadion Zurich – the largest and most modern event arena in Switzerland with space for up to 15,500 guests. We operate numerous take-aways, restaurants, bars, banquet rooms as well as exclusive boxes and VIP areas. Our offer ranges from upscale gastronomy to quick, contemporary food and drinks, making every event a culinary experience.

To support our kitchen brigade, we are immediately or by agreement expanding our team with a:

Chef de Partie for the VIP Area (m/f)

Work volume: 100% / no on-call duties!

Your tasks:

• Pampering our VIP guests with first-class culinary creations
• Supporting the sous-chef in preparing dishes of the highest quality
• Assisting in the development of new food offerings
• Co-responsibility for orders and compliance with hygiene standards
• Collaboration with a four-person kitchen team and experienced part-time employees
• In addition to regular show events, large banquets also take place at the Hallenstadion, including seated gala dinners, standing banquets, and corporate events. The VIP kitchen team supports the main kitchen. On event-free days, the kitchen brigade has the evening off.

Requirements profile:

• Completed cook apprenticeship (EBA or EFZ)
• Good German skills (spoken)
• Age approximately 20 to 30 years
• Ideally professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• High quality orientation and guest-oriented thinking
• Good team player
• Residence preferably in the Zurich metropolitan area
• Swiss citizen or residence permit C or B
