What you will accomplish

• Precise, punctual, and foresighted, with a true flair for numbers, you are independently responsible for payroll processing for several payroll mandates.
• You reliably and structurally process time management data, absences, allowances, and expense reports.
• Sick or accident declarations? You keep an overview and handle these situations with ease – including insurance settlements.
• You are the first point of contact for all questions related to salaries, expenses, and social insurances – with competence, kindness, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Annual closings, payroll projects, or process optimization? You gladly get involved and enthusiastically contribute your ideas.

What you need to shine

• You have a basic commercial education and have specialized in human resources – for example in payroll, social insurances, or with a HR assistant certificate.
• The CO, labor law, withholding tax, and social insurances are not unknown to you – and if you also master the CCNT, even better!
• You like to work independently, show initiative, and keep an overview even during busy periods.
• You are a teammate with heart and humor – someone we can count on.
• You also express yourself fluently in French, as you are in contact with employees from French-speaking Switzerland.
