The Medical Center Scaletta in Chur is the medical center of the MCM Group. In addition to outpatient primary care, the range of services in specialized areas, such as obesity and metabolism, is continuously expanding. The new, spacious, and inviting premises located in close proximity to the train station include a total of 6 consultation rooms for general practitioners, specialists, and therapies.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

TEAM LEADER MPA 80%-100%

starting 01.06.2026 or by arrangement, who will jointly take over the management and further development of the center together with the medical management.

Your tasks:

• Professional and personnel management of the MPA team

• Planning and coordination of deployment and duty rosters

• Ensuring smooth practice operations and optimal patient processes

• Participation in daily consultations (including laboratory, X-ray, administration, etc.)

• Responsibility for quality assurance, hygiene, and occupational safety

• Interface between physicians, administration of the MCM Group, and MPA team

• Training of apprentices

Your profile:

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ

• Further training as a Medical Practice Coordinator FA (management) or comparable qualification is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in a medical practice or medical institution

• Leadership skills, organizational talent, and high social competence

• Enjoyment of teamwork, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility

• Proficient IT user skills

• High service orientation and interest in the further development of processes
