Finance Business Partner 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You analyze and control the business plans and financial statements of our international subsidiaries
• You play an active role in the financial planning processes (budget, forecast, cash flow) and work closely with management
• You prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports as a basis for decision-making for the executive management
• You develop and optimize processes and reporting tools and drive digitalization in controlling
• You work closely with local finance teams and various functional areas (sales, operations, …)
• You are part of international projects and conduct internal audits on site if necessary (travel approx. 20%)
• You identify financial risks early and initiate appropriate measures

Your profile

• You have a higher education in finance or business administration
• You have a strong analytical mindset and understand the operational reality of a company
• You enjoy presenting financial topics understandably to different target groups and acting as an interface
• You work proactively, independently, and structured, and are willing to get involved operationally
• You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with BI tools (e.g., Qlik) and SAP is an advantage
• You communicate fluently in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• You see yourself as a sparring partner for the business and bring initiative as well as team spirit
• You present yourself as a winning personality and assert yourself with clarity
