About the job
The Ouchy Medical Center is part of the EHC network while maintaining a local organization and a dynamic unique to the center. It is a proximity structure composed of 2 general practitioners and specialists who intervene occasionally, prioritizing quality care, a trusting relationship with patients, and a friendly and caring work atmosphere.
To complete its team, we are looking for a:
Medical Assistant (M/F) at 50% (rate adaptable according to profile)
Start date February 1, 2026 or to be agreed upon.

YOU HAVE
- Medical assistant training (CFC or equivalent)
- Strong skills in care and laboratory analyses
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- Good interpersonal skills and a sense of hospitality.
- Rigor, organization, and good priority management.
- A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.

YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure a professional, caring, and reassuring welcome for patients.
- Guarantee a high-quality patient experience every day.
- Manage telephone duty and message taking.
- Assist with consultations.
- Blood sampling and laboratory activities.
- Routine care and support for doctors.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the smooth running of a medical center.
- Occasionally intervene at other EHC sites when replacement needs arise.
