Department:DSDCEntity:Penitentiary Service (SPNE) – Office for the Execution of Sanctions and Probation (OESP)Activities:As part of your role, you instruct and draft decision projects in the field of sentence and measure execution and prepare determinations for appeal authorities and positions during cantonal, intercantonal, and federal consultations. You provide legal oversight on decisions made by the service, its office, and dependent entities. You participate in drafting laws, decrees, directives, legal opinions, practical sheets, etc. You ensure legal monitoring and legal training of the office's collaborators. You guarantee the updating and accuracy of the models used from a legal perspective.Desired profile:Holder of a master's degree in law, you have several years of experience in the criminal or administrative field. You have excellent analytical and synthesis skills, and your writing skills are recognized. Knowledge of foreign languages, especially German, is an asset.
