What you achieve with us
The focus of your task is the support of four people with particularly demanding and intensive care needs in everyday life and leisure. You bring your expertise and personal strengths into the individualized support as a reference person and coordinate the interdisciplinary collaboration.
What distinguishes you
- Training as FaBe and/or social pedagogue
- Expertise, interest and joy in working with adults with cognitive impairments and ASD
- Enjoyment of professional challenges and further development
- Experience in dealing with demanding care situations
- Independent action
- Mental and physical resilience
- Willingness to work irregular hours and be present at night
- Driver's license is an advantage
- You have basic IT skills
