About the job
Your Tasks
- You enjoy frequent telephone contact with patients, referring physicians, general practitioners, insurance companies, internal and external offices.
- You support the medical team in administrative and organizational matters.
- You take on a variety of secretarial tasks as well as the dispatch of reports and images.
- You ensure an optimal workflow and professional organization in the radiology secretariat.
- You cover for colleagues during their absence.
Your Profile
- You have completed further training as a medical secretary with prior medical training (e.g., MPA, FAGE) and have several years (at least 3 years) of professional experience, ideally in a hospital or practice.
- You have solid knowledge of medical terminology, are confident in the German language, and are proficient in common MS Office programs (M365 knowledge is an advantage).
- You are an empathetic, service-oriented, and resilient team player.
- You convince with quick comprehension, high resilience, and flexibility (e.g., during holiday cover).
- You work efficiently, independently, and precisely and are characterized by a friendly and courteous personality.
