Company Description
The Office for Personnel and Organization of the Liechtenstein National Administration (www.apo.llv.li) provides internal administrative services and is the internal competence center for personnel management. We advise and support on topics such as recruitment, organizational development, or corporate health management.
Job Description
You feel at home in the following areas of activity:
- Professional leadership and coordination of the entire payroll processing, time recording, and insurance including coordination of workflows
- Independent execution of the entire payroll processing including maintenance and processing of payroll-relevant data including payroll run
- Controlling payroll data and social insurances including checking monthly contribution invoices, clearing accounts of all payroll offices, and checking tax and social insurance classification
- Coordination and preparation of the annual financial statements as well as audits, social insurance and tax audits (including declarations, account reconciliation, and budget comparison)
- Updating process documentation in the area of salary management
- Participation in the project for the introduction of a new HR software solution (replacement of LOGA by ABACUS)
- Active risk and stakeholder management
Qualifications
You are particularly characterized for this position by:
- HR specialist certificate with training in payroll and/or social insurance law
- Several years of senior payroll experience in complex organizations, including special processes and high deadline pressure
- Proven experience in the professional leadership of small teams in stressful situations
- Very good knowledge of payroll runs, social insurances, interfaces, and year-end closing processes
- Strength in structuring, error reduction, prioritization, and stabilization of teams
- High resilience, hands-on mentality, clear communication, quick comprehension
- Experience with knowledge and process documentation as well as IT project work
- Professional stakeholder management and high social competence
