Our Spitex ensures outpatient care and support for the residents of the municipality of Thayngen with 17 employees.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH 40-70% or by arrangement as of 01.09.2025 or by arrangement
Do you like to work independently and is the support and cooperation of your team important to you? Then we should definitely get to know each other.
Your area of responsibility includes:
Professional care and support of clients at home
Ensuring and implementing the care process
Taking over needs assessments and daily responsibility
Interdisciplinary collaboration as well as cooperation with relatives, authorities and/or involved professionals
Participation in projects with people with dementia
You bring with you:
Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
Reliable working method, flexibility and resilience
Ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
Professional experience in the field of dementia is an advantage
Service-oriented thinking and acting
Driver's license category B required
