Legal Entity Accountant / Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk

Are you a committed individual with the desire to work in a dynamic international environment and help shape future processes? For our Finance & Risk business unit, we are looking for a Legal Entity Accountant. In addition, you will take on tasks in accounts payable and receivable and join a team of dedicated professionals.

What will your role be

Management of accounts payable and receivable for the Vontobel companies

Processing, authorizing, and reviewing invoices, orders, and expenses according to company policies and ensuring timely payment of due amounts

Reconciling accounts payable to identify improper charges

Processing incoming payments and allocating them to customer accounts

Active contribution to the global implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the Vontobel Group and shaping future financial processes and controls

What are we looking for?

At least 5 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable

Good understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, CH-GAAP) and their application in the banking sector

Experience in accounting / purchase-to-pay software (especially SAP S/4 HANA and Basware) is an advantage

Higher business education (university, university of applied sciences) or commercial qualification with specialized further training in accounting (e.g., Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, Fiduciary with Federal Diploma)

High level of team spirit, initiative, and self-organization

Structured, independent, and precise working style with a high quality standard

Fluent in German and English
