HR Business Partner (m/f/d), 80-100 %

Your contribution to our team

• You manage the entire HR life cycle for around 90 employees at our Western Swiss locations
• You actively shape the development of the new Avenches site – including recruiting around 30 new employees
• As a strategic HR partner, you advise management on topics such as recruitment, personnel planning, development, change management, and occupational health management
• You are present both at the Wallisellen headquarters and regularly on the road in Western Switzerland
• You report directly to the HR management and are part of a motivated, collegial team with seven HR professionals

Your profile

• Commercial basic training EFZ and/or further training as an HR specialist with a professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, in recruitment, and experience in the logistics environment
• Service orientation and cooperative collaboration with managers and employees
• Willingness to travel in Western Switzerland to actively support the locations
• Resilient, assertive, and team-oriented personality with a practical working style
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programs
• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as very good French skills are mandatory (bilingual is an advantage)
