To ensure the smooth operation of our concrete plants in Valais, we are looking for a versatile, customer-oriented, and motivated person to work both at the plant and as a mixer truck driver.
The role involves a balanced distribution between plant operation and driving activities.
What awaits you:
- Process production orders and ensure routine maintenance of the plant
- Organize and manage the supply of raw materials
- Check deliveries of raw materials and contribute to the quality control of concrete
- Apply HSE guidelines on site
- Regularly assume the driving of the mixer truck:
- loading and delivery of ready-mix concrete according to Holcim guidelines
- preparation of transport bulletins and daily reports
- compliance with traffic regulations, schedules, and overtime
- cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle
- Provide replacements and support in other plants in the region
What you bring:
- Experience in the construction sector as a Concrete Plant Operator
- Heavy vehicle driving license, category C
- Good command of computer tools
- Good interpersonal skills and contact
- Availability, versatility
- Ability to observe, analyze, and solve problems
- Good level of spoken and written French
