YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Design and dimensioning of electrical drive systems (pantograph, power electronics, transformer, motor, energy storage); integration of these components into our vehicles
- Technical coordination with other disciplines (software development, installation planning, mechanical engineering, purchasing, etc.)
- Collaboration with customers, suppliers, and if applicable, experts
- Performing calculations and simulations regarding energy consumption and travel duration of our vehicles
- Support during the initial commissioning of the vehicles
- Support for type tests (including creating type test specifications)
- Support and analysis of technical problems in operation
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- University degree as an electrical engineer FH/ETH, or equivalent education
- Knowledge or interest in electrical drive technology or the rail vehicle industry
- Ideally several years of professional experience in a similar environment
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Interest in practical assignments on our vehicles
- Very good German and English skills
