We are looking for a Working Student: Junior Specialist in Production Quality (m/f/d) 60–80% to join our global team immediately and strengthen quality assurance with fresh ideas and active support.
What is this position about?
Do you want to know how quality is truly lived in production? Are you eager to develop and conduct trainings yourself? Do you want to understand how knowledge improves processes?
Then this position is just right for you! You will first get to know the quality assurance team and support the daily production routine. Building on that, you will be introduced to the environment for training and education and enabled to create and conduct these yourself.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- intensively get to know production in the area of quality and actively participate.
- become familiar with the creation and execution of trainings and conduct them yourself.
- work in the quality assurance area at the Reinach plant.
- contribute to process improvement projects in final inspection and the creation of device-specific verification documents.
- take on various administrative tasks, e.g., creating training materials and maintaining master data.
- support the further development of quality assurance.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- are enrolled in a part-time bachelor’s degree program in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering or plan to start in the fall semester 2025.
- ideally have completed a technical apprenticeship.
- are open, communicative, and enjoy working independently.
- take pleasure in direct collaboration with production.
- have very good knowledge of common MS Office programs.
