Your tasks
- You take responsibility for the operational departments at your location and support the cost center managers in business management issues
- You create forecasts, medium-term plans, and budgets (annual plan)
- You maintain management information, controlling, and ERP systems (including AX, evidanza)
- You assist with closing analyses and reporting as well as with the completion of monthly time records
- You actively participate in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
- You support the creation and preparation of individual analyses and reports (ad-hoc reporting) for the management, the group, and the board of directors
- You contribute to the further development of controlling instruments
Your profile
- You have a business management education or training (FH, HF, or professional certificate in finance and accounting) or are close to completion
- You already have professional experience, especially in finance and accounting or controlling
- You possess analytical and interconnected skills
- Your native language is German and you have good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
- You have a flair for numbers, processes, analyses, and IT systems
- You are digitally savvy, have good knowledge of MS Office, and are ready for changes
- You describe yourself as independent, communicative, committed, flexible, and a team player
