WHO WE ARE
The Freiruum in Zug is an innovative experience venue that combines enjoyment, sports, and events on 11,500 m². As part of the Pointbreak Group, Freiruum benefits from a strong network of
agencies, companies, and specialists. In the former shed hall, which served as a
production site until 2018, the Freiruum was created in 2019. Here visitors can discover new things in various
areas, move, and enjoy. With around 80 dedicated
employees, unforgettable experiences are created daily.

You enjoy being in contact with customers and guests, are a helpful and courteous
personality, and work customer-oriented. You are also not afraid to pitch in as part of a team and in various areas. Flexible and varied working hours
(including weekends) do not bother you and you like to work independently and with
personal responsibility.
YOUR TASKS
Supervision in our new sports area
Active and attentive guest care
Reception of customers and acceptance of reservations and inquiries
Giving instructions and safety information to visitors
Providing information about the sports offer
Correctly collecting payments
Maintaining cleanliness and order
Working on weekends, public holidays, and evenings does not bother you
Support in other areas and at events
YOUR PROFILE
Experience in a similar area
Young, upbeat personality
Experience and joy in dealing with visitors of all ages (especially with
children)
Open and uncomplicated
You love guest contact and try to create a unique experience for the guest
German and English skills
Reliable and independent
Safety conscious
Sports enthusiastic
